@andrianosm 7's and 9's huh? do you know what those are ? your point can be proven wrong in a ton of ways or by simply looking at his 900+ catches...sorry but is those were mostly deep routes ...or even 1/4 of them he would have off the charts total yards ..just look at 02...106 ctchs at 12.5 avg ...yeah only # s to sidelines good call

I was born a Niner and a Jerry Rice fan, but this dude is hands down the best WR imo. Can you imagine the numbers this guy would had have if he had played for Hall of Fame QB's in his entire career. He deserves to get his "missing ring" before he retires from this game. I hope 2012 is the year.

God I love Randy Moss. Would have loved to have him back with the Patriots. To me he is the greatest ever. There is just no other player of whom I can watch highlights and sit back totally stunned that a human being just did... that. The guy is just magic.

randy is BETTER than CC..we all agree with that but Chris Carter was a great receiver and should be recognized as one

andrianosm Says:
why is he a douche?? because he calls it how it is....???? Chris Carter for all the years i watched him NEVER dropped a pass, he would go across the middle, something Randy Moss rarely did...Is Randy Moss a great/ HOF WR yes, but he played from the numbers to the sideline thats it...He Ran 9's and 7's thats it his whole career...But u already knew that ddnt u

#65 on the list?? that's an insult to moss, he should be way higher up

Jermboy11 Says:
Chis Carter is a great player, maybe even a HOFmer but to say that he is better than Moss, is an insult to Moss. U claim that moss takes plays off and he quits on his teamates. You have NO idea who Moss is then. When he played with the Titans, yes you could say that he took some plays off, but we are talking about his overall career here. Overall he is better than CC. Besides is CC didn't act like such a douche all the time and kept his mouth shut, Maybe we would already be in the HOF right now
May 21, 2012
andrianosm Says:
U say that as if CC isnt a HOF caliber WR....id be willing to bet CC gets into the HOF in less attempts than moss...CC ddnt take plays off, he ddnt quit on his teammates, which is why the writers will most likely put him in this year

Best athlete talent wise Effort wise - it was never there Its why he doesnt have a ring, and its why guys with less talent achieved and will achieve more Moss is the ultimate fools gold... In that hes excellent when hes on, but he did it the wrong way Hes a natural, he didnt work and improve like Peyton or Brady

3:47 is what makes him the GOAT, even better a player than Jerry Rice because he's more talented of a receiver. Rice might have been a better pro and got the rings but NO-ONE was more talented then Randy Moss.

TheGreatRL Says:
Though it is true that Montana and Young are among the greatest ever, a receiver going from Montana to Young is a very difficult transition. A right handed pocket passer from a lefty scrambler can really mess up a reciever. We all agree that as good as Young was, Montana was better, but Rice actually put up better numbers with Young. That should really speak for Rice.
